NW Iowa. / SW Arizona

NW Iowa counties for ILECO-OP is .085 kwh & .048 for interpretable. My November elec. bill for two farms (alot of dryer usage) was $1185 & one hog confinement was $288 for $1473 total. OUCH!!!!!
