$30.00 a month facility charge. then .092 for first 1000 kwh. then .0775 per kwh for whatever over 1000 kwh. electric heat rate is .043 kwh
then there s a energy cost adjust of .0045 per kwh.
then the local option sales tax of 1% on the total. thankfully, no regular or school sales tax.
