Along with the way they are enforced. Some section they are completely ignored and have little to any enforcement and others you better. There is no black and white to either one of those, yet those sections are used the most, from what I can tell, but there is 0 communication, unlike those other sites.
It already has turned into "one of those sites", it replaced "one of those sites" it's only destiny that it turns into "one of those sites".
Its the equivalent of saying "don't like it here in the US? You're free to move". | |
