East Central Indiana		1.03. Higher numbers make the monitor read higher.

Drill out a box of beans with PA adjust set to 1. If the actual population is 103% of what the monitor said, use 1.03.

If actual population is 95% of what the monitor said, use .95

I hope I remembered that correctly. Haven't changed it in 10 years or more.
