Iowa and Nebraska a farmer with his own stuff can roll with about anything. Iowa does not require flags or signs if a farmer doing their own.
Nebraska is no permit if it is ag.
By farm truck I assume you mean pickup.
Those rates are not that high when you figure $1 per mile for fuel both ways as loads out of Colorado are few and cheap.
