Just did this a couple days ago on a valley pivot. My situation was a wet spot in the middle of field. I put 10 aqua valves on tower 3 and plumbed them into End gun 2 setting and left end gun 1 setting alone. Then I just have end gun 2 shut the 10 sprinklers off over the saturated areas of the field.
