Pocket knife and snap on 6” pliers designed to grip bolts are what I’ve been carrying in my pocket lately. Don’t need a screwdriver to often and I’m usually not far away from one if I do need it. Pliers and a knife on the other hand are used multiple times daily. I think those two are also lighter then a medium/large leather man
