Central NC | Helmsman is as good as I’ve used, equivalent to the older Varathane, comes in various glosses, becomes tacky fairly quick, use a high dollar brush and 2 coats with good light so as not to skip an area, recommend to let dry 2 days between Coates and steel wool 1st coat
