It'll depend on how long it stays underwater. I doubt the answer is "none", but maybe a small amount so far. Warm and wet is a bad combination for keeping nitrogen, so the longer it stays that way, the more that disappears. Ponding water when its sunny and warm, N will be mostly gone in less than a week. But so will your corn.
