Can you put a barrel in the haymow, or high up the wall? Then gravity to the nipple
When we used pressure nipples they would always make a mess. With gravity whey tend to suck the nipple and waste much less water. Plus if it malfunctions at most is thirty gallons on the floor. With pressure they might drown is not found quick enough.
