Rinke Noonan represented our county drainage district on a 3 million dollar improvement that went bad. Long story but the contractor didn’t know what he was doing and we ended up with a couple million dollars of repairs on a brand new system. It went to trial and Rinke Noonan lost us what should have been a slam dunk case.
They know their water laws but aren’t trial lawyers.
