dad always said that treflan on beans would get a second wind after they would cultivate

also if the ground was packed or wet opening it up again the crop would shoot up.

chemical wize its best to even spray after you plant isntead of before as you'll get weeds in the row from the row units breaking the chemical seal on the ground.

so my vote if i even get one is to spray after you cultivate.
