A good reminder God is not finished working in my life yet.
As mentioned above Romans is a great book to start with. It is a summary of the Christian life.
I don’t know of a good study Bible, but friends of mine have the Moody Bible Commentary. It is a great study tool. If you read a Bible passage you don’t understand, or you just want more in-depth insight, you can look the passage up in there and read about the cultural background and how the passage relates to other parts of scripture. | |
