| We tried 15" corn about 4 years ago. Put out approx 150 ac. Dealer was suppose to have a 15" head for us to use but that fell thru when it was sold. We harvested the corn with a 8x30" head. I was really surprised at how well the 30" head did in the 15s though we had to slow down a little compared to when shelling 30s. Several others in the area have harvested 15s with 30" heads on a trial basis. | |
