Hate to be the "bear" of REALLY bad news, but your housing is cracked. Get a magnifying glass & check out that hole like Bob said the other day...almost bet money it will have a crack, but it's hard to see. The plug backing out is classic-first one I ever ran into backed out in 5 min. after I put it back in... a 3020 w/ loader...time for a rebuilt pump.
