Western Oregon | When I worked for the city we got our birthday off after 5 years. If during the week, I took the day at the beach. If weekend the family went. (wife worked and kids in school) It is during whale watching week here in Oregon. Get lunch at a favorite place, usually fish and chips. 66 now and retired 11 years. Don't do anything special, Son always stops by with a few favorites. a root beer in a glass bottle, a candy bar and a bag of orange slices....James | |
