Pittsburg, Kansas | Normally don't do anything that I would not any other day. Maybe go out to eat.This year I went scuba diving twice that day, but that also is not out of the normal when we are over wintering in Bonaire.
But this year some dear friends threw me a surprise birthday party, and it definitely was a surprise to me. I was told we were going to their place to watch the sunset (and figured we would have some snacks and drinks). Had exellent ribeye steaks and a wonderful dinner with friends and my wonderful wife. That was a special night for me.
I try to be thankful for all my blessings every day. Since my motorcycle accident remembering to do so seems to be more pronounced than it used to be. | |
