| I tried opening the .xls file in Excel on my phone and it did not like the formulas. I exported it as a .xlsx file that does seem to work on my phone. Basically the dates are generated using a month offset from the start (=EOMONTH($B$6,A6)+1) where $B$6 is start date and A6 is month in series (column A). I included another sheet which I use to keep track of interest on my loans, one sheet per loan. It is pretty much same as sheet 2, except it allows information to be copied in as it happens rather than defining a date series from the start.
