I've got a lot of bulk bolts from TSC. We seem to use a lot of them. I always buy the grade 5 or even the 8. They have a pretty good selection and some good prices. If I can't get the exact lenght sometimes I have even cut them with a dremel tool or bandsaw to make custom ones. Sometimes I get them at our local hardware store too. Depends on what I need.
