The DOT here requires a chain tightening device (binder) on all 4 corners. No chains from side to side and bound with one binder. Bucket on loaders need to be secured separately, no exceptions. For the OP, I would suggest a wheel stop or well for the front wheels and 4 chains with slip hooks and binders.
