I'm sure there is some supply issues but there are also plenty of people who have more than they need sitting in the shed just incase they need a tire. It's just like the toilet paper shortage, people are hoarding and making a small shortage worse than it really is. I've got a tractor that needs new front tires but they will get me through spring then I'll look for a set this summer.
