There used to be a company in manitoba OTR recycling? perhaps.. That sold these red plugs for tire tanks. I should have bought more at the time I bought one to try - not sure they are still around. They didn't have the best business sense about them however - didn't want to sell just the plug, wanted to sell me a tire too - but I wasn't paying to ship a huge tire across the country when i get them for free here.

I've since used this one I have, to make a fibreglass mold - and pour removable concrete plugs for them.
