that they would be allowed to pump and after they got their beets, corn alfalfa etc. planted they told them they couldn't pump? We use a crop duster around Morgan and he told us that farmers on the south side of the interstate couldn't water and the ones on the north side could or vice versa. Going to get even more interesting if we don't continue to get more rain as we did in '09.
