It depends here on what I plan to do after it. If I'm planning to fallow the ground to do dirt work/terraces, I let it go to the milk stage. If I plan to put beans in behind it, if I see a flag leaf, and ground is dry enough to roll, I bale it. In both cases, I wet wrap it. There just isn't enough time, dry days, and manpower in the spring to try and get it to dry bale.
