Northeast Missouri | Changed fuel filters on JD 8400 and had a heck of a time getting it primed. Ended up cracking open the small screw on the side of the square fuel filter and pumping the primer button about 100 times and got it going. Drove it 15 miles to another farm (ran great) and parked it for a few days. Fired it up last night and ran fine for about 3 minutes than died out of no where. Can’t get it to start again.
We cracked open that small screw again and it appears like there was lots of air in that line. Tractor battery died from cranking before it got started so we’re going back with jumper cables this morning. Any thoughts on what we should try first? Thanks | |
