I don't much want to own any 15k tanks, either....that's the problem.  We have to have something and these are probably a lot less costly then buying something else.  Seriously, though, I would be happy to sell them for that kind of money...I'm sure I could find something.....and I would get rid of the question of whether or not they would pass testing.
