Subject: RE: crane ownership

Texas

I'll bet someone (seller) was sick when that one sold.  Construction machinery is one of the many bargains of a lifetime right now.  If you ever thought of owning something that you don't have, and can afford to buy now, you can save 50-80% or so.  I have watched the heavy machinery bring ridiculously low prices recently.  The small stuff seems to still be selling decently but, maybe not for long on that either.

At a recent Richie Bros. auction in Ft. Worth, I met a man that put new tires on his CAT paddle wheel and watched it sell for less than the cost of the tires he had just bought.  He was really nauseated that day.
