| I don't have a pic handy of it. So, I drew a picture of it. You can use PVC fitting as they are cheaper, or steel. I choose steel as I have to make everything cowboy proof or cow proof. You will just have to cut standpipe to adjust height if using a gooseneck. The gooseneck keeps cow hair, moss or hay from clogging drain. Forty years ago, they used to thread all that pipe in troughs in galv. pipe and would thread those goosenecks together, I found it a lot easier if you just put a 2" straight pipe in for drain and build a bigger drain gooseneck to just set over the standpipe. Then if you ever have to blow standpipe with air, just lift it off.
