| I just replaced a pair of 6 ply Goodyear 18.4 x 26 tires on the back of my 9600 with a set of Continental Mitas from Nebraska Tire. Don't know how the back of a 9600 compares to the front of a 4420? Even with freight and paying my local tire shop to mount them it was cheaper than anything available locally. Firestones were tube type and I wanted tubeless. Radials were outrageous in price. To give the Goodyears credit the tread wore out (may have been original to the combine with 3000 hrs) but the sidewalls were still in good condition. | |
