Eastern Washington | I run a 450 quad, and the seal lissue s a pain in the A$$. The trouble is for what I need to do, it does it right, it does it good and it quick. Since we put the clear view caps on we haven't ruined a boogie or an idler. Still have to check them a couple times a day, but you need to get out and check other things anyway. Have been getting the latest greatest "blue" seals put in and have yet to loose one of those. Local Case dealer has a couple of 440's with scrapers that they rent and do leaveling with, they are the most abused tractors I have ever seen (they broke one in 2) the blue seals have been in there for over 3000hrs with no failures, at least acording to the service guy who I have complete faith in. It's not a perfect system, it should have been fixed a long time ago by Case, instead of useing us for lab rat's. | |
