In Kansas,  we are looking to set up double (side by side) 1000 gal tanks, and we thought we would look for used.  What should we look for in used tanks.  Our local coop said something about looking at the stamp....   ???  If there is a readable stamp, then they will fill it.   Besides condition of outside paint on the tank, is there anything else or tell tails to look for?

 Does anyone know if in Kansas if we are subject to yearly inspection.  I think we would only be looking at a total of 4 tanks, or 2 caddies.

 Does anyone know where to start looking?
