Heat in the garage floor will really help. If your tubes are empty now, I would use an antifreeze solution in them. I'm like Ed the humidity drops to 20% when the humidifier runs out of water. I would run a dehumidifier in the house to try to get it down to 50%. My guess is that 6 more months and it will be dry.
