OK - this is not a 6.0 bashing thread. Mine was getting hard to start on not-very-cold (~35F) mornings - thing would act like it had a miss and run like crap for a couple minutes - then fine the rest of the day. Kind of thought I probably had at least 1 bad glow plug. Took it to the dealer for them to diagnose and repair - turns out I had a bad injector and bad injector control module. $1000 repair was reduced to $100 thanks to warranty. Here is the good part - truck was parked outside from 4:00 last night til 5:30 this morning, at which time temp was -5F. Truck cranked a little slower and a little longer than usual, but then it popped right off with no signs of any problems. I have Stanadyne Performance in the fuel and 15W40 dyno oil in the pan. Not a bad start to the day....
