coast of Maine | I was thinking Hydro cooling was on its way out do to FSMA rules and now all are vacuum cooling,you can load a semi and back up to a vacuum cooling unit and drop the core down super fast and no bacterial spread as with water.Check out Weber two pallet vacuum cooler,PUFF this might work for your peas,,I assume snowor sugar snaps,so volume will come in gradually if hand harvested. | |
