Kansas | 40x40 is going to take a dedicated building. I would start from scratch because you will want 2-4” of foam under the concrete. I would stud frame the building insulate and line the interior with 2” foam sheets. just stud frame and insulation won’t account for the thermal bridging through the studs and the continuous, taped sheets will solve that issue. if you want a liner panel that would be your choice- something like the FRP panels perhaps so you could wash down inside if needed. Keep doors and windows to an absolute minimum as they will be the biggest source of heat loss. | |
