South Texas | I rent a farm with one, hasn’t been used in many years. It’s just a building with concrete floor and spray foam insulation, I think whatever air conditioning system there was has been scrapped. There is a compressor that weighs about 3000-4000 lbs. There is also a hydro cooler, so maybe the compressor goes with it. Hydro cooler is a cold water rinsing machine, just a conveyor belt to move the produce through, and it recirculated cold water over the produce to chill it before putting in the cooler. | |
