Coaldale, Alberta, Canada		1.line the inside with corrugated plastic.
2. Take the outside metal off.
3. Spray foam against the plastic from the outside.
4. Put metal back on.

Result: Vapor barrier, solid washable walls.
5. Add refrigeration.
