Soil | You can build the cooler with supplies from the lumber yard. Make the walls and ceiling thicker for room for more insulation. If you’re going to use it for hanging beef or anything large I would design my own 4’ wide door and a rail system to move the large stuff in instead of carrying by hand. For the cooling part check out using a window air conditioner with a coolbot system ( I think that is what it is called). I have heard of several people using this setup and working very well. If you’re going to be using the cooler all the time then I would go with the commercial unit. | |
