Subject: On farm cooler

N FLA
I need to build an on-farm cooler at the BTO. We have an existing building/pole barn with concrete floor and metal roof.

I found someone on Facebook marketplace and we have talked a couple times and I think he's legit. Though he is about 400 miles away.

I can't really find anyone else to talk to or where to buy foam panels to get an idea if the price is even in the ballpark. We have refrigeration or a/c companies around, but I don't see any that build coolers.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me as I try to get this done? I think we could do the job and have a local a/c company do refrigeration. But I don't know where to even begin with materials or if they are available to the public without some connections.

EDIT: sorry. Not for beef. For vegetables. Probably 40*40. Needed in addition to reefer trailers. Probably needs to hold temps below 40F when putting in warm vegg.
