Have had a Drago on a 2388 for two years and love it. Your dealer didn't set it up properly if it wouldn't feed. My stocks don't ever get fluffy. I try to leave them in the desk drawer or in the lock box. Now I have had stalks get fluffy but the Drago still handled them just fine.
