THe people that buy new every year think its the way to go and the people that run older equipment cant figure out they can do it. I personally run newer equipment because I hate breakdowns in the busy times. I could care less how everyone else runs their operation. There are guys around here that trade for a lot of new equipment because they can. they have been sucessful so they are enjoying running newer equipment. Many of these guys are doing it for tax savings also. We dont need to citisize people for trading every year or so when we have no idea what their situation is. Who knows maybe their cost per acre is lower than the guy with older equipment. | |
