Subject: Rich, he is just having fun...

midwest

Trying to get a rise out of everyone.  It takes all kinds to make the world go around, he forgets that the yellow machine he purchased was at one time new, lets just hope for his sake that something wasn't twisted, tweaked or run out of balance on it so there doesn't end up to be major structural problems or ongoing bearing failures and the list could go on and on.  I guess if you got it for nothing then it doesn't really matter cause you could stick a pile into it and know what you have (maybe)?

He is right, new ones break down also, I have a neighbor that purchased new this year and had nothing but problems.

I guess to justify to you PB why I do it is because I am a one man show and I have out growen my shop and don't want to spend the $250k to build one right now to work in all winter to drive old stuff.  Maybe someday I will build one, but till then I am going to town to order a new combine.
