NW Iowa
LED lights you won't need. Looks like it has HID by looking at the back top light casing. Just make sure you got fuses in SH1 and SH2, that will let you have the road lights and the field lights on at the same time.
Looks like a non susp front, front susp are quite a bit smoother. Just make sure your cab susp light is green, or go ahead and swap them out to spring ride. Unless it's a standard cab, which i like.
At 1700hrs its getting close to dropping CVT oil and changing strainer. Not a big deal.
Make sure your high pressure CVT filter is changed every 400
Change the aux hyd filter every 800 or so.
Engine and fuel every 400, depending on conditions
Change the DEF filter every 400, its under your step behind the kick panel.
I Don't blow the engine air filter out, I replace it. Usually do it once a yr, 400hrs or when it tells you to. You can blow it out but be carefull.
I usually don't run them with DTM ( button with a gear on it.). I like setting the throttle. Just my preference
The aux hyd electical system can have gremlins. Bad valve module or fingertips, but easy fixes.
Don't let crap build up under the cab or behind your valve stack. Especially under the flat plate behind valve stack. Solenoids down there don't like it.
Check your rear final drives. gear oil an inch or so below threads.
Make sure oil in front axle and finals looks good also
You can shift from low to high, coasting under 9 mph with reverser in N. Never under load and Never from high to low. Most people just stop to do both though.
And yes all field work in Low.
For your SV1 and SV2 (preset speeds) to work you need to be above 1500rpm.
I usually set my engine minder at 10%. So it will pull engine down 10% of where its set, before it starts backing off transmission speed to maintain rpm.
Keep the batter box clean, especially around the fuse module. And keep terminals tight and clean. If batteries are weak, replace them.
Hit the left arrow key on dash keypad to look for any active codes while its running. If it goes to contrast screen there are none.
If you get a DEF code, it will sound alarm, just hit home button to silence it on keypad. It will do this 3 times and everytime it will limit your RPM lower.
You can reset the battery by your foot to clear it and it will start over. Lets you finish or get off road
Lots of other stuff, i can confuse you with, but that's the basics for now.
Lots of parameters to set, make sure you have a manual.
