Sure don't have that problem with the 6.4. It is advertised to start in less than 2 seconds at -20. But then again you're supposed to plug it in at -10. :-)Hovever, I started mine on project in SE Minnestoa last year @ -17 after it sat overnight without benefit of the block heater. It did start in less than 2 seconds as advertised. Having gone from an old 7.3 directly to the 6.4, I don't know much about the 6.0s starting characteristics.
