Baldwin City, KS | We are recent owners of a 9510 converted to run a 625 head that also went with the machine. The header only seems to work well with the DAM in the very highest position. Granted, it does an excellent job on mostly flat ground in this position, I want to know why it won't work in the other positions. When switched down a notch, It seems that the DAM almost quits working and it feels like you are pushing a dozer blade. The contour master also seems to not work very well in this lower position. Any suggestions? Is this normal? In the full height position, the header seems too sensitive to get down into terrace channels like I think it should be doing. I am running 10-12# pressure on the guage. Thanks. | |
