We ended up re-using the pistons in this motor, since they had very little use on them and cleaned up like brand new. There was little or no sign of the piston skirt scuffing the side of the bore. I was considering replacing them, but had a hard time locating any .030 over Zollner pistons. Thanks for the comments!
