South East Illinois | Have had the same issue starting with our 7230 and then a 7240. I’m guessing you are having most your problems while harvesting beans. Every morning I pull the aspirator tube off at the filter and blow air through it with air compressor. This will make rain cap on exhaust dance and usually get quite a bit of bean fuzz to blow out. Since we have done this I have never plugged the tube since. When shelling corn I may go a few days without blowing it out. We have had 2 “50” series now and case has the same setup as the older machines with same issue. | |

Aspirator tube clogging all the time? Any way to fix for Case IH X240 series combines?
