Wish I had a good answer. We got pretty darn good at cleaning it out in beans. Remove the tube at the air filter and at the muffler and use a leaf blower. Sometimes it happened every day, sometimes once a season. Dealer looked at it every year, even replaced some of the pipe and the one way valve and never figured it out. The best answer they gave me is some machines have that problem, some don't.
