Statesville, NC | I have considered stairs for the bin I am ordering in the next few days. I know it would be the time to do it, since it would be the difference in cost of stairs over a ladder, not needing both. It just seems hard to justify for me on a small scale, and a 7200 bushel bin. Another consideration would be if I added another bin in a few years could I just put a catwalk between, and not have a ladder or stairs on the second bin? That might make the stair idea easier to justify. Haven't got a quote from Brock on the stairs yet but I'm thinking maybe $700 more than a ladder? | |
