The RHS style sensing used by the CEBIS really works better then an impact plate in some conditions....conditions which we see here most years at least a little bit....but I would go with the AgLeader. We've switched to all AgLeader because it is reliable and you can get parts and service right now when you need it. There is nothing wrong with a YM2000 or a PF3000 and they don't cost much. I'm assuming they all use the same sensor package. A $100 Garmin 16 is plenty adequate for a yield monitor receiver. I'm more into the dedicated equipment mode. I hate moving stuff around and it seems like you inevitibly cause some sort of connection problem when you do too much of it. I want a unit that does what needs done in the machine and leave it there. |
